Employees Say, “It Is Time to Take the Garbage Out”
Frederick K. Brewington held a press conference at his office on February 19 along with Jacqueline Urli, Daniel Faust and Douglas Hernandez, who announced they would file Notices of Claim and Complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights. Ms. Urli, Mr. Faust and Mr. Hernandez addressed the sexual harassment, boorish actions and clear abuses, including retaliatory termination, by Hempstead Sanitary District No. 7 and its commissioners.
After challenging the actions of the Board, these persons have been subjected to adverse actions and have been excluded, attacked and defamed in an attempt to cover up the discrimination, harassment and retaliation which has been leveled against them.
