Cory Morris has Joined the Firm's Legal Staff
The Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington is excited to announce that Cory Morris has joined the Legal Staff and will be the Office’s next Associate following his pending admission. Mr. Morris demonstrated an outstanding commitment to public interest and social justice during his tenure in law school. He completed an externship program in the Office during his last semester in law school, graduated cum laude shortly thereafter, passed the New York State Bar Examination and became an associate as he is pending admission in New York State and Washington, D.C.

Nassau County Attorney Sanctioned for Ignoring Court Order
On March 26, 2013, Eastern District Magistrate Judge E. Thomas Boyle imposed a $500-a-day sanction from October 18, 2012 to April 1, 2013 against Nassau County attorney Andrew R. Scott for failing to adhere to discovery demands after a twenty-nine-month period in civil rights action Smith v. County of Nassau.
