On or about September 22, 2012, at or about 10:50 pm, while in her residence located in Shirley, NY (County of Suffolk), Jessica Roger was accosted, harassed, assaulted, put in fear of her life and subjected to excessive force, assault, battery, cruel and unusual punishment, abuse and mistreatment by Police Officer Frank Santanello and other officers from the Suffolk County Police Department, all in violation of her civil rights.

On March 24, 2016, Frederick K. Brewington, who was joined by the co-counsel Stanley J.
