Cathryn Harris-Marchesi has joined the Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington as a Senior Associate on a full-time basis. Since 2009, Ms. Harris-Marchesi has been Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington. As such, her legal career has been comprised of a motions practice focused primarily on federal and constitutional law, including products liability, wrongful death, public and private employment issues, employment discrimination, fair housing, education law and excessive force issues. Ms. Harris-Marchesi is admitted and has argued before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District and State Supreme Courts.

Carl Saunders Joins The Firm as Office Controller
The Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington welcomes Carl Saunders as its new Office Controller. Mr. Saunders has very extensive experience overseeing the billing and collections process and in accounts receivable procedures. Before joining the firm, Mr. Saunders was the Billing Manager for Davis & Gilbert, LLP, where he was responsible for effectively overseeing the firm's revenue cycle. This included reporting to the firm's Chief Financial Officer, following up with clientele on outstanding invoices, managing and assigning client workloads to the billing coordinators and ensuring that the assigned unbilled inventory is billed according to client guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.
